“I think just this one sentence sums it up so beautifully:

“When we are willing to be 100% responsible for whatever we experience in our lives, we shift our perception of the world, and that causes the world to change.”

I feel Ho’oponopono comes so naturally, that is why I loved it immediately.

Much love,”

This latest article is truly amazing. Thank you so much for taking it up and publishing it here so that everybody can read it. “Hi Saul,

Thank you for this. I really appreciate being reminded that we are all perfect as we are — and it’s just the memories that skew our experiences. The challenge for me often is remembering to clean even when I am in the midst of those angry, painful, hurtful reactions. I need a big fan to blow all the “stuff” out sometimes! ha ha ha

I love your blog!

“Thank You for keeping me in touch with Ho oponopono. I am cleaning and cleaning and cleaning. Some very amazing things happen right before your eyes. I mean first I feel the change within me but then the reflection of my self, outside of myself changes. This is So Much Fun as well. I hope All of You are enjoying the cleaning I Am doing. Well, Divinity is doing but I get to ASK, huh?

The Peace of Divinity which is I, I give to You!,”

“Saul,

Thanks for this post — I really like it. If we always had to “figure out” what memories in us are causing the problems of the moment, we’d be in a mess! How freeing to remember that we don’t have to know, because Divinity in us DOES know and can erase them.

Bless you for your writing,”

“Dear Saul

One of your best posts yet. It is a weight lifted to know that I am not supposed to figure out why a memory is triggered, only that the best thing to do is clean. And that I am 100% responsible for it all.

My husband said something on the weekend that triggered something, i honestly dont know what, and my initial response was to be offended. But instantly, I knew that this was not about him, it was about me, and I was able to clean the situation.

In the past, i would have looked at him as the offender and myself the victim, but i now know better. What I could have made a long and drawn out weekend by holding onto his comment, I was able to clean on immediately and instead have a beautiful weekend instead. It was all choice and being present in the moment.

Thank you for your work.”
Natalie Carey

“Hey Saul,

I LOVE what you share about Ho’oponopono. What you present occurs to me that you have taken on discovering the hidden treasures in Ho’oponopono, using them in your life, then reporting on and sharing your results. I THANK YOU for doing that.

Be sure and catch Mabel Katz and Dr. Hew Len on my No Out There Talkshow on Dec 17th at 9pm EST!! It’s an opportunity to CLEAN for the Holidays!!!”

“Dear Saul,

Ho’oponopono works!! I just tried it yesterday as I was feeling really blue. There was no reason that I could really think of. Finally I decided to take you on your word and tried the ho’oponopono mantra offering it again and again mentally to a person I felt I had wronged. I fell into a peaceful slumber and the next day I felt much better!!

I also tried it today after my yoga when I was doing my relaxation exercise . I decided to mentally visualize each part of my body and offer ho’oponopono to every part. Asking for forgiveness, especially from my heart for treating it so callously. The result was miraculous!! I got up feeling completely rejuvenated and had this amazing feeling of lightness. ( I have done yoga previously but had never felt this great ever!!)

Thank you so much for all that you do. God bless you.

Lots of light and good wishes,”
Sarah.

“Dear Saul

Thank you for your posts about ho’oponopono which I always find contribute to a deeper understanding.

I appreciate greatly the work of yourself and Mabel Katz who is also very giving on the subject.

I realize that ho’oponopono takes a committment and dedication but it is also extremely simple. Clean or engage, they are our choices.

The most amazing thing is the shift in perception. I work within the mental health sector and in the past I would feel so overwhelmed and grasping for a way to help people who I perceived as having so many problems. I do not see it that way now, all I see is that they, and everything else in the world, is absolutely perfect and beautiful as it is.

This has taken all sadness and frustration and turned it into wonder and love.

Again, thank you for wonderful work.

With love”

“Dear Saul:

I do Ho´oponopono a lot of times during the day and every days. It surprises me the level of inspiration that I have reached with it. There is a change deeply inside the problem, but the problem maybe doesn´t disappear completely in one day. Maybe the disappearing is piece by piece and our consciousness of both garbage memories and not garbage ones, increases very much day by day. It´s very interesting how we recognize the intuition acting in that very moment simultaneously with our own movie and somebody else´s movie that in some degree is related to me as a patient, as a friend, as a relative, etc.
I´m an ophthalmologist, and it´s very common that a patient comes to me for a problem that is not an eye problem. To some of them I recommend Ho´oponopono and some of them call me to let me know their good results.
Are there any of your products in Spanish ? Because many of us don´t speak or read very well English in this country.

Best regards,”

Ruth

“Hi Saul, Thank you!
This world has more meaning now than ever before. It feels like taking a big dive into yourself. I love the great pleasures I carry inside of me. I want to share my Love to this wonderful world and everybody who is in it. I will have to thank Rhona Byrne and of course my favorite Joe Vitale. They made me responsible! I love that.
Thank you, I love you!”
Charlotte

“We must let go of memory. I find myself self-sabotaging when I when I let it take over. Thanks for this great article Saul. Letting the Divine in is a much better choice!”

“As far as people goes its really very simple in my opinion. You are experiencing the PERSONALITY and not the REAL PERSON. Look deeper and yes you are experiencing wihtin yourself what you are seeing in others.

Situations: Just because there might be turmoil around you doesn’t mean you need to be a part of it. Look at it objectively from a distance so to speak but don’t be sucked in to the energy it gives off.”

“OH, this is so true and really pertinent in my life at the moment! The problem is the reaction and the question is why do we always react in these patterned responses? I don’t know, but the patterns appear to be knee jerk responses. A little insight usually gives us a moment to reflect on the response, and thus offer a different response, but most of them are very deeply rooted.
To be sure, cleaning is the only way, but it sure takes a lot of cleaning!
Blessings”

“I look forward to more of your posts!”

“All of the programs we’ve picked up are indeed our prisms through which we experience “others.” Cleaning is the only way I know of to see them more clearly.”

“Hi Saul,

Thanks for the reminder to all of us on this. Dr. Hew Len played a wonderful “cleaning tool” for us this past weekend also — his ukulele! It’s wonderful that cleaning can be done with joy, laughter, and music; also that people all over the world are learning this very simple yet profound approach to living!

Peace to you, and thanks for your blog “

“Hi Saul,

Thank you so much for this reminder. Sometimes it seems that cleaning our own memories is not enough to make a difference, but it’s the most important thing we can do!! This feeling of “not enough” is something I need to clean in myself. Dr. Hew Len really keep us focused on what our job is. Thank you for writing about it.

Best wishes,”

“Peace be with you Saul,
My recollection is that Dr. Hew Len also shared the poem “That’s Not My Job” in the Basic I classes I attended in Washington, DC 2007 and in Philadelphia 2008. I had heard the poem before, but I thought it was completely appropriate for the lesson. The poem is a wake up call, a sign, and an attention getter. Used to guide us towards the real work. The real work is the incessant cleaning. Dr Len told me “existence is only about cleaning, nothing more, nothing less.” At first I resisted this notion because I thought, why should we be cleaning, when we are in awe, or joy or being inspired?

Dr. Hew Len also told me to “look for myself “.

As I did this I realized how right he was, because the memories and tapes are constantly playing on/in the subconscious. Also, my own successful work with my Unihipili and the transformation/transmutation of problems convinced me to stay the course. I delight in the exquisite beauty of this process called Ho’ Oponopono. The challenge is to lovingly train/ discipline oneself and one’s Unihipili so that the cleaning is incessant.
Thank you for your website.
Peace begins with me,”

“I love Ho’oponopono as well, I love the cleaning the way out and I love to choose again and again the love instead of disdain – it’s such a wonderful challenge ;o). Thanks for you inspiring words.

“I have taken the time to read a few of the websites and I have always felt that we have a very large impact on ourselves, others and all the natural environment, animals ,land, trees, water and the universe, as I understand it…huh! This impact can be positive or negative. Good or not so good or harmful.

I go within most days and I find such a wonderful experience. I experience ,and when awake, a great feeling of love, well being contentment and a knowing that is just that…a knowing. One that I don’t bother to put into words, mainly because it seems impossible as there are no words that fit in that place. I just know and it gives me a great reverence for nature, environment, other people, regardless of my relationship with them or even if I don’t know of their physical existence. This is sounding a bit long winded. The beauty is definitely there within and without. I feel blessed and very lucky.
I shall read more. Thank you for the websites. Take care and have fun and enjoy.”

“Hi Saul! Great blog post! I also added your Ho’Oponopono Simplified video to MY blog earlier today! Synchronicity!”
