I always remind myself that there must be something going on inside me that is causing this difficult person to appear in my life, and that the solution is to clean my own memories. I try to divert my angry thoughts into saying the four cleaning phrases and this does help put things back into the right perspective and also seems to be helping me to create a better outcome. Eventually, I attended 2 Ho'oponopono workshops with Dr Hew Len, and I will attend more. Since I started practicing Ho'oponopono, there has been an unbelievable shift in the quality of my life... It is a good reminder for me to “clean” all day…or… at least whenever I catch myself “thinking”….For several months now I have been using the Ho’oponopono for whenever a problem or situation shows up in my life, whether I think it is related to me or not…I use the words “I’m sorry, please forgive me for whatever part inside of me, my family, my relatives and my ancestors that is showing up as this (insert problem here) …and then say Thank you and I Love You…as well…I drink Blue Solar water upon rising,,,and then eat 14 Frozen Blueberries along with Hemp Heart Seeds and Flax seed in organic yogurt for breakfast….for further “cleansing” .
